VACCINATIONS - DOGS
To ensure the health and safety of all pets that stay with us we require that you dogs vaccinations be current. This includes Rabies and DHPP. Bordatella (kennel Cough) vaccine is also recommended.A signed certificate of up-to-date vaccinations is required from your veterinarian upon arrival. VACCINATIONS - CATS
To ensure the health and safety of all pets your cat must have up-to-date Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Rabies vaccinations. A signed certificate of up-to-date vaccinations is required from your veterinarian upon arrival. You can also email it to us prior to your cats stay.
FOOD & SPECIAL DIET
To maintain your pets daily routine and not disrupt their digestive balance we ask that you supply your pets food for their entire stay.
We understand some pets have a particular taste or specific natural/raw diet. We will gladly prepare any type of food you
wish to supply in our kitchen.
MEDICATION / ILLNESS
If your pet has a chronic illness or condition that requires medication please indicate this on the registration form and list the type of medication, dosage and frequency so we can ensure proper care of your pet. Please review all medical information with a staff member upon check in. All medication administered during their stay will logged and recorded for safety.We are not able to accept pets with contagious illnesses,stitches or broken bones.
Pampered pets find comfort in our having a toy or blanket with them that smells like home.If your pet has a favourite blanket or small toy they love, please bring it along. These items will be kept with your pet in their individual sleeping quarters. Please label and keep items to a minimum. We will return these belongings to you however we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.No stuffed animals will be accepted.
PET PARENTS RESPONSIBILITY
For the health and safety of all pets you are required to provide proof of current vaccinations upon checkin.
Vaccinations must be given 7-10 days prior boarding to avoid carrying any ailments to our facility.
It is also recommended to not visit a dog park, training centre or other highly dog populated areas 3-5 days prior to your pets stay to avoid transmitting any viruses to our facility (eg. Kennel Cough).
Please allow 10-15 min at check in to review your contact information, veterinarian details, food schedule etc.
Enough food for your pets entire stay in a sealed labelled container.
Any medication and instructions required upon checkin.
A labelled blanket or toy for comfort during your pets stay.
A signed registration form is required for every visit.
